The Petro 2 truckstop in Twin Falls, Idaho, is the target of a lawsuit by eight women employees and former employees who say they were the victims of sex and age discrimination.

According to published reports, the suit makes 18 claims against Petro 2 manager Joseph Kirchner, his wife, Patti Kirchner, Petro 2 and the truckstop's parent companies, Petro Corp. of Texas and Crossroads of Idaho Inc.
In addition to age and sex discrimination, the suit alleges violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act, discrimination on the basis of religion and sexual harassment.
Kirchner denies any wrongdoing. "In a 25-year career, I've never experienced any claims or allegations like this."
