TravelCenters of America is buying 17 Burns Brothers facilities, located primarily in the West and Northwest. This will expand the TA network to 146 locations.
Burns Bros. will close the Wilsonville and Portland, OR, locations. The 17 remaining Burns Bros. sites will become TA’s Northwest Region. In addition to the TA truck service and maintenance shops already in place at the Burns Bros. Corning and Coachella, CA, locations, shops will be built at a majority of the Burns Bros. facilities.
Closing date of the travel stops sale is set for November 30.
