Information Software has released Prophesy LogPlus version 2.1 for Windows—an automated log audit system which checks driver logs for violations.
As logs are entered, system checks for 10 hour, 15 hour, speeding, cumulative and other violations. Users can also define receipt types such as fueling, meals and tolls, then enter driver receipts to check for status violations.
In addition, an interface to the Prophesy Mileage and Routing System allows managers to check reported log miles against ISI’s industry standard database of driving miles.
Several violations and compliance letter templates are supplied, which can be generated for drivers and stored in the driver’s file.
