Ryder System, Inc., Miami, Fla., has launched RyderFleetProducts.com, a web site to help fleet managers purchase fuel, lubricants and a wide range of parts and equipment used to maintain truck and automotive fleets.
According to Ryder, the system has completed a six-month test and will be rolled out nationally through the fourth quarter of 2000. RyderFleetProducts.com offers 15,000 catalog items and 150 product lines from more than 100 suppliers.
“Ryder's industry leadership and nearly 70 years of experience allow us to offer customers quality products, with the right specifications, at competitive prices,” said Gregory T. Swienton, Ryder's president and chief operating officer.
