Bell Mobility, Lenbrook and Datumtech will form AirIQ Inc., a new company that will develop and market advanced wireless fleet management solutions for commercial vehicles.
Programs will allow fleet managers to locate and track vehicles, remotely unlock doors, disable a stolen vehicle or detect excessive speeding. To create the products, the companies will use their three core technologies — wireless communications, in-vehicle computing and vehicle positioning.
