Consolidated Freightways Corp. has announced the acquisition of privately held FirstAir Inc., a non-asset based air freight forwarder
FirstAir, now known as CF AirFreight, is a wholly owned subsidiary of CFC, and had revenues in excess of $20 million in 1999. Richard McCrady Sr., former CEO of FirstAir, will assume the role of president of CF AirFreight.
