The Nasdaq Stock Market has commenced proceedings to delist the shares of Asche Transportation Services, Shannon, IL from the Nasdaq National Market as a result of the company's failure to file its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 1999.
The company has requested an oral hearing with Nasdaq. Pending the outcome of the oral hearing, which is scheduled for May 18, the company's shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq. Trading in Asche shares has been halted since April 7, 2000.
