Keystone Systems, Inc., Spokane, WA, has released the latest version of Keystone Truck Software. According to Keystone, the software for small to medium-sized fleets was completely redesigned to take advantage of the user-friendly Windows environment.

"Many trucking companies still have limited experience with computers, perhaps only in the accounting area, and can really benefit from a package that provides a consistent interface and flow of data, from dispatch, through billing, fuel tax reporting, driver settlements and on through the accounting functions of receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting," said Keystone President Bruno Caprez.
Keystone also announced users of its logistics and accounting software will be able to access mileage and routing information from ALK's PC*Miler and Prophesy Transportation Software's Prophesy Mileage databases. New options allow instant access to industry-standard mileages. The package also offers options to pull fuel and cash advance activity from fuel service providers, including Comdata, T-Chek, TCH/Flying J, and EFS.
