Dana Corp. has agreed to sell its Commercial Vehicle Cab Systems Group to an affiliate of Hidden Creek Industries. Terms were not disclosed.

Commerical Vehicle Cab Systems, which Dana acquired when it bought Echlin Inc., makes mirrors and mirror systems, windshield wiper motors, and HVAC controls for medium and heavy duty trucks. Its products are marketed under the Motor Mirror and Sprague names. Sales were $104 million last year. The group employs some 580 people in Canby, OR; Canton, NC; and Michigan City, IN.
Dana said the sale is consistent with earlier announced plans to divest non-strategic or non-core operations.
