CarrierPoint has selected services to accelerate its time to market, lower its in-house support costs and offer carriers and shippers top-level support with online shipping transaction services. uses customized knowledge bases, state-of-the-art infrastructure and expert Knowledge Engineers to provide self-help driven customer support.
CarrierPoint says this will help members as they navigate through the registration, connection and usage of the application. It will be available to CarrierPoint members April 14.
