The Rancho Mesquite Casino and Hotel in Mesquite, NV, will have its first truck show April 7-9, with the proceeds going to Community Action Against Violence.

"The truckers helps put Mesquite on the map," says the casino's Kathy Poindexter. "As communities grow, we sometimes forget who our best supporters were. We at Rancho Mesquite feel we should show the drivers the appreciation they deserve."
The show will feature 22 categories, including open show, owner-operator, small fleet, large fleet, antique, lights, and a number of vocational categories such as dump truck and wrecker. The entry fee is $40, plus $25 for each additional class entered.
