Fleetclean Systems Inc., Hardin, TX, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Sani-Wash of Illinois, Inc. a privately-held internal tank wash facility based in Markham, IL.
According to the agreement, Fleetclean will purchase 100% of the outstanding stock of Sani-Wash. Sani-Wash reported 1999 year-end revenues of $3.3 million and total assets of $3.2 million.
Kenneth Phillips, Fleetclean Systems' president and ceo, said Sani-Wash would be incorporated into a newly formed Container Division, which provides chemical cleaning of truck tanks. Fleetclean Systems, Inc. manufactures and distributes pressure washing equipment and chemicals to trucking companies nationwide.
