A study of more than 4,000 company drivers and owner-operators reveals that respect from management ranks as the second most important benefit, behind pay.

About half of the drivers surveyed said respect from management was a factor in accepting their current position. For more information on what drivers think and feel, order a copy of "Profile of the Interstate Trucker". The study is free of charge to advertisers in Newport's Heavy Duty Trucking, RoadStar or Truck Sales & Leasing.
