Starting January 1, Leyland DAF Trucks will be marketed in Europe as DAF Trucks and Paccar's U.K. marketing division, Leyland DAF Trucks, will change its name to DAF Trucks.

Leyland Trucks, established in 1896, was purchased by Paccar Inc. in 1998, a year after buying DAF Trucks. Leyland vehicles are marketed through the DAF and Leyland DAF distributor network in Europe and worldwide.
All Paccar trucks in Europe will now be marketed under the Foden and DAF brand names.
