California-based western LTL carrier Viking Freight is now offering next-day service between Albuquerque, NM, and El Paso, TX.

Both Albuquerque and El Paso are growing cities, and both serve as a "hub-and-spoke" for the surrounding towns in central and southern New Mexico. Typical freight moving between the two cities includes appliances, electrical and construction equipment, food products, printed materials, plumbing supplies, paint, fabricated metal parts, and modeled plastic parts. Many of these goods are purchased on a daily basis and require rapid replenishment to stores in the region.
This addition makes a total of 769 service center-to-service center next-day offerings from Viking in the West. Two-thirds of all the shipments Viking transports are delivered overnight.
