Trism Announces Two New Driver Referral Bonus Programs
Trism Inc., Kennesaw, GA, has announced an aggressive, two-part driver referral/recruitment program that will run through June 30
Trism Inc., Kennesaw, GA, has announced an aggressive, two-part driver referral/recruitment program that will run through June 30.
"One of the best ways to find more drivers who fit our unique profile is by asking our own employees to refer people they feel meet our needs," says Barry Moody, executive vice president of operations. "Sort of an 'it takes one to know one' type of environment."
Part 1 of the program pays $1,000 bonus to anyone in the company who refers a new hire/rehire first seat driver who is seated before June 30. During that same time frame, employees who refer a secured team with government security clearance will receive a $2,500 bonus.
Part 2 of the program entitles the referring person's name to be entered into a drawing to win a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, which will be given away on Sept. 3.
The company is also offering a tiered entry program that will give additional drawing entries for multiple referrals. The referring person will receive one drawing entry for recruiting a new/rehire first-seat driver. Then they will receive two for the second, three for the third and so on. Employees will automatically receive 10 drawing entries for each secured team they recruit.
