Sparks, Md.-based Element Fleet Management has made several changes in its senior management ranks, following the retirement of Tom Keilty as senior vice president of operations.

Ken Johnson will take on the role of senior vice president of operations and will report to Kristi Webb, president and chief executive. As a result, Joe Cuccia will move into Johnson's former role of fleet partnership solutions. Cuccia will report to Jon Parker, chief commercial officer.

Mary Sticha has been named senior vice president of operational excellence. Sticha, who previously led the integration of GE Capital's fleet business into Element, will report to Webb.

Tom Peterson has been named to lead Element's strategic consulting team. Peterson has been serving as managing director of the Midwest region. He reports to Parker.

The changes are effective as of April 24.

Keilty retires with more than 20 years of tenure with Element and PHH Arval, where he was the chief operating officer and senior vice president when it was acquired by Element in July of 2014.
