They can rebuild it. They have the technology. They have $6 billion in roadwork ahead.

The Oklahoma Transportation Commission has voted to approve an eight-year plan that calls for building more than 2,000 individual road projects by 2021, including improving 924 bridges, 657 miles of two-lane highways, 552 miles of high-volume highways and interstates and replacing more than 50 structurally deficient bridges.

The bad news is you can expect to see a lot of orange barrels along roadways, leading to delays, including along parts of different Interstate routes, but better that than busted up roads or collapsing bridges.
