Carrier Logistics Inc. has upgraded its Facts transportation software, which includes a new graphical user interface as well as several other enhancements.

"This is the fifth upgrade in as many years," said Ben Wiesen, vice president of product and services. "The latest Facts version incorporates a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) to allow users to open windows, pull down menus, access buttons, scroll bars and links all on one screen."

"In addition to GUI, Facts V10.5.1 features hundreds of enhancements to the application itself, whether it is with tracing a shipment or applying cash in accounts receivable," said Ken Weinberg, founder and vice president of sales.

Facts V10.5.1 has already been adopted by less-than-truckload carriers and parcel delivery carriers including Dohrn Transfer of Rock Island, Ill., Titan Freight Systems of Milwaukie, Ore., Eastern Connection of Woburn, Mass., and CCT Canada in Toronto, Ontario.

Facts customers can upgrade to the new version at no additional cost, Weinberg said.
