Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week '09 will host a best practices and solutions session, "Essential Elements of Your Business Plan," a panel discussion of industry executives with significant experience in the heavy duty industry.
Moderated by Bill Wade of Wade Partners, the panel will include:
* Dominic Grote, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Grote
* John Minor, COO of Midwest Wheel Companies
* Paul Raymond, president of Parts for Trucks, Ltd.
This session will address specific real-time industry issues and will emphasize the pressing need for strategic business planning for distributors and service providers to endure the economic peaks and valleys in the HD aftermarket.
HDAW '09 will be held at the Rosen Centre Hotel and the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 16-19, 2009.
"Essential Elements of Your Business Plan is a forward-looking session directly focused on distributors and their need to plan for strategic business success during these challenging economic times," said Todd Kindem, HDAW '09 education committee co-chairman. "This education session will provide solid take-aways for distributor attendees to implement when they return home to their businesses."
