EPA Certifies Altech-Eco's CNG Transit Van

Altech-Eco has received certification from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to produce a dedicated compressed natural gas (CNG) version of the 2015 Ford Transit 150/250/350 3.7L van and wagon with the Ford gaseous prepped engine option.

Ryder Opens NGV Maintenance Facility in Calif.

Ryder System has opened a natural gas and diesel vehicle maintenance facility in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., to provide vehicle maintenance for Ryder lease and rental customers, mobile maintenance, and a 20-minute rental service guarantee, along with on-site diesel fueling.

Agility, Clean Energy Reduce Cost of CNG System, Fueling

Agility Fuel Systems and Clean Energy Fuels announced a joint CNG fuel system sales program to reduce the incremental cost of heavy-duty natural gas trucks. Under the program, Agility and Clean Energy will work with trucking customers and offer CNG fuel systems installed at a substantially reduced cost when there is a natural gas fueling agreement.

Oil Price Volatility Makes Case For NGVs
