Truck Chassis Pool Coming to Port of New York, New Jersey

The Journal of Commerce reports an agreement has been reached on a plan creating a “gray” chassis pool that would allow truckers to freely interchange chassis throughout the Port of New York and New Jersey as soon as early next year.
