Ford Recalls 26,400 F-650/F-750 Trucks

Ford Motor Company announced it is issuing a safety compliance recall for approximately 26,400 MY-2011-2013 and MY-2015 F-650 and F-750 vehicles in North America for a safety compliance issue with FMVSS 210 regarding seat belt anchorage.

Ford and United Auto Workers officials Wednesday morning drove the symbolic first unit of the new F-650/750 series off the line at its Ohio Assembly Plant near Avon Lake amid cheers that followed congratulatory speeches.

Ford Upgrading Crashworthiness of 2016 F-150

The 2016 Ford F-150 will offer increased driver crash protection from the 2015 model, after the extended-cab model didn't earn the top safety rating in an insurance industry crash test, a spokesman told Automotive Fleet.
