California's Fifth District Court of Appeals has affirmed a ruling from 2014 that the California Air Resources Board overstepped its authority in allowing small trucking companies to delay complying with certain emissions regulations.

XL Hybrids Gains Approval from California for Conversions

XL Hybrids has gained approval from the California Air Resources Board to sell a modified hybrid version of Ford's Transit cargo van to fleets in that state. The XL Hybrids Transit has also gained eligibility for a $2,500 state voucher to defray the cost to fleet purchasers.
