Mid-Size Mercedes-Benz Van Arriving in Late 2015

Following on the success of the Sprinter van in the U.S. market, Daimler plans to introduce a mid-size van sometime next year. The van made its debut in Berlin, Germany, in late July, but Daimler execs were coy on an actual release date for the American version of the van, saying only that it would be introduced in the fall 2015 in a MY 2016 designation.

Manufacturers Call for Infrastructure Investment

A new study by the National Association of Manufacturers puts forward the case for infrastructure investment as a stimulus for economic growth. Long-term investment will increase employment and grow Gross Domestic Product by 1.3% over the next five years and almost 3% over the next 15 years, according to the study.
