GAO Suggests Mileage Fees for Trucks

Congress might want to consider a mileage fee for trucks and electric vehicles when it looks for ways to strengthen highway funding, says the Government Accountability Office. Crude Oil, Diesel Prices Projected to Fall

In its Short-Term Energy Outlook report, the Energy Information Administration projects that Brent crude along with diesel prices will see a slight decrease in 2013 and 2014. EIA projects that the Brent crude oil spot price, which averaged $112 per barrel in 2012, will fall to an average of $105 per barrel in 2013 and $99 per barrel in 2014.
