The National Labor Relations Board is charging a California trucking company committed more than 50 labor law violations against its drivers. The action is against port trucking company Green Fleet Systems, which hauls containers in and out of the Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach.

Daimler Trucks Hits SuperTruck Goals Ahead of Schedule

NTSB: Trucker in Tracy Morgan Crash Was Speeding

NTSB investigators documented the damage to the vehicles using 3D laser scanning technology. This is a scan of the Mercedes‑Benz limo van involved in the crash.

The National Transportation Safety Board has released its preliminary report of its investigation into the June 7 truck crash that severely injured celebrity Tracy Morgan along with killing one person, showing the truck driver was traveling well beyond the posted speed limit.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker was on hand to celebrate the opening of the EVO Trillium CNG facility in Oak Creek Wisconsin.

EVO CNG and its joint venture partner, Trillium CNG, celebrated the grand opening this week of what they say is the largest compressed natural gas fueling station in Wisconsin, located in Oak Creek, and the first to open in their partnership.

Another Call for Raising Fuel Taxes

Amid warnings about a looming cutoff in highway funding, two Senators are proposing an old-fashioned fix: raise the federal fuel tax. Sens. Chris Murphy, D-Conn., and Bob Corker, R-Tenn., proposed raising gasoline and diesel taxes six cents a year for two years, then indexing them to the Consumer Price Index.
