The acquisition continues PS Logistics’ acquisition strategy of partnering with families and owners within the flatbed trucking segment.
Celadon Group has announced that it completed the disposition of all assets associated with its flatbed trucking division to a subsidiary of PS Logistics, a flatbed-focused transportation and logistics provider.
The acquisition of Tennessee-based carriers adds a combined 220 new drivers, 210 tractor trucks and over 500 trailers to the P&S fleet offering reefer, flatbed and dump trucking services to customers including the aluminum, steel, food and building materials industries, according to PS Logistics.
