WORK TRUCK SHOW -- Isuzu Commercial Truck of America unveiled its lineup of 2014 and 2015 model year N-Series diesel models. The company also announced that it would extend its 24 Months/60,000 Miles Covered Maintenance Program to all the diesel models sold through June 30, 2014.
WORK TRUCK SHOW -- Maxwell Technologies is expanding its ultracapacitor-based Engine Start Module product line to medium-duty Class 3-6 trucks. The ESM ULTRA 31/900 replaces traditional lead-acid starting batteries, virtually eliminating cranking problems that come from weak or discharged batteries.
WORK TRUCK SHOW -- Auto and commercial fleets using OnStar-equipped General Motors vehicles will be able to use Telogis’ location intelligence platform to collect data on vehicle and driver performance that can help reduce costs and improve safety, the companies announced March 5 at the Work Truck Show in Indianapolis.
WORK TRUCK SHOW -- Allison Transmission says a new series of FuelSense fuel-efficiency features can deliver 5% to 15% savings for certain truck applications compared to its current base-line fully automatic, “constant power” products. Freightliner says it will be the first OEM in North America to release FuelSense in medium-duty trucks late this year.
WORK TRUCK SHOW -- The new Goodyear G731 MSA and G751 MSA mixed-service tires will be available this summer. Fleets will be able to buy several sizes of these tires with Goodyear’s exclusive DuraSeal Technology.

WORK TRUCK SHOW -- Ford Commercial Truck is extensively redesigning its F-650 and F-750 medium-duty trucks to use more of its own components as it prepares to move production from Mexico to the state of Ohio in about a year.
WORK TRUCK SHOW -- Navistar announced new Diamond Logic feature bundles specific to the vocational truck market. Feature bundles are categorized by usage and body integration such as dry van, dump and utility as well as outline features relevant to operations of the particular application.

WORK TRUCK SHOW -- Optronics International is unveiling its new STL68 Combo Lamp at the 2014 NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis. The 9-inch oval combination LED stop, tail, turn and backup lamp easily mounts to the surface of a vehicle, and at only half an inch thick, has the low profile of a through-hole-mounted lamp.
