Mack's 13-liter MP8 engine may be small in stature, but it's big on performance. It delivers 505 horsepower and 1,860 lb-ft of torque, which is more than enough to pull 138,000 lbs through the mountains on B.C.'s Vancouver Island.
The mDrive HD automated manual transmission is now standard on Mack's Titan Heavy-Haul Truck, the truck maker announced at the National Heavy Equipment Show in Ontario, Canada.
