Navistar is recalling 498 2013-2015 model-year International WorkStar trucks for faulty headlights, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports.

The recall, set to launch Jan. 30, includes trucks manufactured from March 16, 2012, to Oct. 1, 2014. In these vehicles, the headlight low beam and ground circuits may have been reversed at the headlight connector, diminishing the light output. As a result, the trucks fail to comply with all federal safety standards, NHTSA said.

To resolve the problem, Navistar dealers will correct the wiring in the headlight harness connector. There will be no charge for this service.

Truck owners can reach Navistar customer service at (800) 448-7825. Navistar's number for this recall is 14525.
