National Energy Control Services and JS Eastman Enterprises have formed a strategic partnership to bring together the regulatory compliance, DOT compliance, driver safety management and tax-related expertise of NECS with the crisis response knowledge and experience of JS Eastman.
The announcement was made by David Fuhs, president of NECS, and Joseph Osterman, president of JS Eastman Enterprises and former managing director of the National Transportation Safety Board.

"Joe's experience leading the NTSB, coupled with that of the impressive team of experts he has brought together, provide the transportation industry with an unprecedented capability for the prevention of ... and the management of, transportation-related disasters," Fuhs said. "Joe will work closely with Paul Provencal, NECS director and senior compliance consultant, to provide expert consulting services to fleet management professionals, to assess current compliance status and risks ... and to strengthen compliance tools, processes, and performance."

"NECS has demonstrated their leadership in developing and deploying advanced fleet and safety management tools that are affordable, but moreover, provides practical and effective results," said Osterman. "We are very excited to partner with NECS to help our clients establish successful safety countermeasures that will reduce and manage their risk and mitigate the catastrophic consequences of accidents."
