The Wichita Journal reports that the Kansas Corporation Commission, which oversees trucking in the state, will open a new facility today in Topeka.

The new center will be called the Kansas Trucking Connection.
Brian Moline, chairman of the commission, said the center will bring together trucking-related agencies, including staff from the commission, the Kansas Department of Revenue and the Kansas Department of Transportation.
"This cooperative effort under one roof eliminates any duplication of service," he says.
Moline said truckers can conduct much business on line at www.TruckingKS.org.
