Sentence Handed Down in Drug, Alcohol Testing Fraud Case

A Tennessee woman has been sentenced in federal court in to four years probation and eight months home detention following her conviction of mail fraud in connection with a scheme to defraud trucking companies over drug and alcohol test results of drivers.

Carriers Air Concerns about Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse

There’s a big loophole in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s proposal to create a drug and alcohol clearinghouse, according to transportation and enforcement interests.

FMCSA Proposes National Drug and Alcohol Testing Clearinghouse for Drivers

UPDATED -- The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has announced a proposed rule to establish a drug and alcohol clearinghouse for all national commercial driver’s license holders.
