The Overhead Door Company’s ArmorPlate roll-up door is designed to be durable and lightweight.

The roll-up door consists of high-strength steel skins bonded to a high-density polyethylene composite core and is available in 1/4-inch and ½-inch thick versions. The TODCO ¼-inch ArmorPlate door panels incorporate painted white steel skins inside and out that are designed to be durable enough to stand up to freight, frequent stops and bad roadway conditions.

The tongue and groove panel joints make use of vinyl joint seals to protect cargo from the elements. The polycomposite panel is also impervious to moisture, according to TODCO.

The ArmorPlate ¼-inch overhead doors are available with a 1- or 2-inch track and roller set-up with flush-mounted center and removable end hinges as well as EZ Seal dual durometer PVC side seals. Available options include TODCO SuperRollers and EverWare hardware as well as stainless steel rivets.
