Record360 has announced the release of its property inspection and asset condition reporting dashboard and mobile app. It is designed for users who rent out property, equipment, vehicles and other valuable assets.

Record360 was founded by former rental industry executives and was designed to automate asset-condition reporting. Record360 provides time-stamped, geo-tagged records of property at the time of exchange. With the recorded information, users have proof of condition in hand to combat any disputes at the point of return.

Individuals or teams can capture and view asset condition records from a tablet or smartphone. With a mobile device, users can capture video, images, highlights and make annotations to document an asset’s condition. The enterprise dashboard then offers a customizable workflow across a variety of use cases. The dashboard’s architecture is adaptable and all data is stored in the cloud for access and sharing.

“Billions are lost each year in damages missed during the exchange of property, vehicles and equipment,” said Shane Skinner, Record360 CEO. “Asset condition and claims management processes dependent on paper or low-fidelity digital reporting are clearly outdated and Record360 fills the gap with a modern solution.”

Record360 is available as a free app for iOS and on most Android 4.4 or newer devices including the Samsung Tab 4, Tab Pro and Google Nexus tablet. Support for the Samsung Galaxy S is coming soon.
