J.J. Keller & Associates has launched a line of J.J. Keller private label cargo-securement straps as a an option for fleets looking to manage costs and maintain safety.

The straps are available in a choice of ratchet strap with flat hooks, logistics cam buckle strap and winch strap with flat hooks. They are made of durable resin-coated polyester designed for minimum elongation and better abrasion resistance. After cycle testing, the straps retained 40% strength which J.J. Keller says is comparable to industry standard webbing.

The straps meet current DOT regulations and CVSA guidelines as well as CHP, North American Cargo Securement and WSTDA standards.

“We spent considerable time researching industry trends, customer preferences, and products in the marketplace, in order to add a line of products that will have a positive impact in the industry,” said Kevin Kucksdorf, senior product development manager at J. J. Keller. “While some companies may elect to use an “elite” strap for their securement purposes, more often than not, companies utilize a standard webbing with price as the pivotal factor.”
