Rand McNally’s TND Tablet is an Android-based tablet that comes pre-loaded with trucking applications and features the company’s TND truck GPS service.

The in-cab device includes solutions for drivers such as truck-specific routing, mileage tracking, and an on-board dash cam. It also features pre-loaded applications to help manage the business of driving including document scanning, load matching and book-keeping apps.

For on-the-road use, the tablet comes with IntelliRoute TND truck-specific navigation software, the TripMaker planning tool, and an eBook edition of Rand McNally’s Motor Carriers Road Atlas. The tablet can also be used for E-Logs when paired with Rand McNally’s HD 100.

The TND also includes apps from known providers, each with Rand McNally-only offerings. These apps include Fuel Manager and Profit Gauges from Let’s Truck, Truck It Smart’s load board, and Transflo Mobile+.

The 8-inch tablet also includes all of the features of an android device including a fully-featured app store, email, social media apps and entertainment options. The TND tablet is priced at $499.99 and is available at retail truckstops and travel centers and through select online outlets.
