Help, Inc. announced the launch of the PrePass Carrier Portal, a new service that provides PrePass customers with a one-stop access point to view their current safety data, near real-time inspection activity and PrePass reports.

Provided at no additional cost to customers, the Portal provides fleet managers a new tool to avoid surprises on the road. Now carriers won’t have to wait for a driver to report a failed inspection, a citation or the news that their truck has been placed out of service.

Users can electronically screen vehicles before every trip, viewing the same data available to enforcement officials. From the portal, carriers can access their company’s Safer Vehicle Screening Assessment, which includes Compliance Safety Accountability Behavior Analysis and Safety Improvement Categories, ISS Score, IRP, UCR and IFTA credentials and out-of-service rates for driver and vehicle.

The Portal also allows carriers to receive notifications whenever a new inspection report is available. These “push notifications” provide inspection details such as location, inspection level and a view of the inspection data by vehicle or driver. In addition, the system can flag vehicles with repeated inspection violations, which may indicate maintenance issues.
