"We have listened to our customers' feedback and are constantly seeking ways to improve our products and service to better meet the needs of drivers and managers during the implementation of ELDs," said Stuart Adams, Stoneridge business unit manager, North American aftermarket.
On April 1, full enforcement of the ELD mandate will begin. As of that date, carriers and found in violation of the rule will risk being placed out of service and having their CSA scores affected.
"Stoneridge is committed to going the extra mile by adding trained staff members to provide 24-hour technical support,” said Adams. “We offer it to all customers at no extra cost. We are committed to our customers and are here to support them – our obligations don't stop after we've sold a device."
