ASA Electronics hired Courtland Jones as Project Engineer for the company’s expanding engineering team. ASA designs and engineers electronics devices for commercial industries including JENSEN Heavy Duty products.

Jones will be responsible for assisting in all parts of the product development process including project management, product design, sample evaluation, testing, and reporting throughout a product's lifecycle. He will also be responsible for handling correspondences with ASA’s  overseas production offices and resources.

“Courtland brings a lot of energy and a fresh perspective to our team,” said Jeffry Maffetone, vice president of engineering at ASA. “We are expanding our product development department as the result of ASA’s continued growth and success and we are excited for Courtland to be a key part of that expansion.”

Jones graduated for the Indiana Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also has experience with 2D and 3D CAD software.
