Peterbilt is offering its customers the chance to customize their own Model 579.

The truck maker recently added this an online configurator tool, which allows customers to select an exterior color and axles, sleeper, interior trim packages, aerodynamic fairings, premium headlamps, and performance levels for the Paccar MX-13 Engine.

The configurator tool can be selected from Peterbilt’s website on the Model 579 truck page.

The site walks the customer through each step of the customization process starting with the type of chassis and ending on the color of the cab.

Peterbilt has more than 280 dealer locations nationwide and provides aftermarket support programs. The Texas-based company was founded in 1939.
