Mac-Vac's tank holds 6,300 gallons or 150 barrels. It has an aluminum body with galvanized steel upper coupler, bumper and other parts. Dual hose trays, five man ways and a rear sight tube are part of the standard equipment package. A full-length walkway and easy access ladder with double hand rails add to operator safety.

Mac also has Step-Up retractable stairs as an option on all new flatbed trailers. The pull-out stairs have four anti-skid steps for easy access to the deck. The stairs fully retract horizontally into the rear of the trailer with a securement lock while allowing the floor to remain in place and maintain its integral strength. A hinged door then covers it up. Step-Up's weight of 70 pounds is worthwhile for the safety it provides to driver, the company says.
