Covenant Transport Solutions, Chattanooga, Tenn., announced it has formed Fleet$avings, a new business division that will provide truckers and private fleets with a purchasing program to save money on operating expenses.
The program encompasses a spectrum of available rebates and discounts on essential trucking transactions, including fuel, tires, insurance and equipment.
Qualified fuel card holders are eligible for cash prices and/or rebate savings up to 3-5 cents per gallon and a reduced transaction fee at participating locations. The program offers discounts on tire brands such as Double Coin, Cooper, Hankook and Kumho.
Low-cost equipment available through the program includes low-mileage tractors, trailers, wheels, auxiliary power units and more.
Fleet$avings also has teamed up with various companies to offer business services such as payroll, bookkeeping, taxes and business start-ups; factoring, billing and credit services; merger and acquisition guidance services; and insurance.
There is a one-time fee of $39.95 to sign up for the program, which is open to any size fleet.
