Aljex Software, Middlesex, N.J., launched the Aljex Load Board, which offers available truckloads from Aljex's freight broker and 3PL (third party logistics) provider customers.
Access to the load board is free for carriers initially and will remain free for carriers that sign on during an introductory period. Carriers can access the board on the Aljex web-site by clicking on "Available Loads" in the upper left corner.
Aljex is a provider of hosted software for freight brokers, carriers and 3PLs. Brokers who are not Aljex customers cannot post to their load board. Carriers are assured that every load comes through an Aljex customer.
As part of the service, all broker and carrier customers can automatically post loads to the major commercial, North American load boards.
