SGM Enterprises announced Ranger Lock's Super Extended Universal Lock Guard that protects locks over 1-1/4 inches (31 mm) long with diameters up to 1/2 inch (13mm).
The lock fits various style handles to include ones ribbed with the locking hole in them. Made of hardened steel, it protects both the door's locking latch and rivet in addition to the lock itself. The legs behind the operating handle increase resistance to prying while the patented sloped roofs deflect physical attack and protect the lock from corrosion especially in rain and snow while providing an internal abutment for easy closing of the lock.
The locl guard can be installed in seconds and is fully portable. Steel cable is optional to minimize lock and guard losses. The SE Universal complements the Super Extended Lock Guard that provides superior protection for locks primarily on flat trailer handles.
