Van Nay Corp., South Elgin, Ill., added a squeeze tube to its Electrolysis, Corrosion, Kontrol (ECK) corrosion prevention coating.

"Many bus, truck, trailer, and fire emergency vehicle manufacturers use ECK coating to prevent dissimilar metal corrosion when assembling aluminum with stainless steel hardware," explained Richard Nay Sr., president of Van Nay. "They identified a need to have the ECK product available when holes are being drilled and items such as antennas and lights are added by their dealers or customers."

ECK has been engineered into 3.75-ounce squeeze tubes intended to be included into the kits of information that is usually provided to end users of trucks and trailers. ECK in tubes is intended to prevent corrosion warranty issues when end users add items to their vehicles.
