The new modularly designed ModulAir, in its most basic form, is a mechanical air dryer. All ModulAair dryers contain the Haldex-exclusive MTC (Multi-Treatment Cartridge) that maximizes drying capacity. ModulAir integrates the system check valves, air governor and regeneration system without a separate purge tank, minimizing space requirements and eliminating failure points. The ModulAair platform offers flexibility of air drying and delivery. Advanced versions of ModulAir will incorporate an ECU with intelligent controls for governor function, purge control and energy management.
