The winner of the 2011 Goodyear Highway Hero Award has been honored again – this time by the Carnegie Hero Fund Commission. Michael Schiotis was among 22 individual to receive a Carnegie Medal, awarded to those who risk their lives to an extraordinary degree while saving or attempting to save the lives of others.
