HDA Truck Pride is partnering with the ASE Industry Education Alliance to recruit recently trained technicians for the trucking industry.

HDA members will engage with the schools by participating in career fairs, serving on advisory councils, creating job shadowing and internship opportunities and supporting training opportunities all with the goal of bringing technicians to the industry. The Alliance works with over 2,300 NATEF accredited schools with the mission of connecting motivated technicians with training, certification programs and lifelong learning.

HDA Truck Pride is invested in efforts to encourage the next generation of technicians to pursue a career with the commercial vehicle aftermarket. By furthering this goal, the partnership with ASE is intended to provide a solid platform for the two organizations to deliver value to students, schools and HDA Members.

“We are excited to have HDA Truck Pride as one of our partners,” said Trish Serratore, president of NATEF/AYES. “Our field managers, along with myself, will be working with the HDATP staff and their members to enhance their exposure with our schools. This is a fantastic win-win scenario for all involved, especially the students.”

HDA Truck Pride is an independent provider of parts and services to the North American commercial vehicle aftermarket.
